Ocean Potion have released a video for “In The Grass” from their forthcoming full length release due out later this year. The song is about the nature of childhood best friends and what happens when they don’t survive into adulthood.

Kicking off Music Miscellany today is the laid back indie rock sound of Mute Choir with “Behind the Bars.” System Corporation brings an 80’s electronica/synth vibe on “Apathy is Easy.” Louisville’s own Frederick The Young bring the neo-psychedelia on their new single “Human Child II.” Wrapping up this edition is Black Light White Light with their brand of psychedelia, which invokes Magical Mystery Tour era Beatles in my mind, on their new single “Teenage Dream.”

I unearthed this playlist from almost 3 months ago, so apologies if the music isn’t the freshest, but it’s still fun. First up is the country rocker “High Time” from Wes Youssi. Next up is some indie rock courtesy of The Hails on “Come Alive.” Following is some straight up rock from Lkffct on “Hatchling.” Wrapping up this edition is the electro-pop of Private Island on “Crime.”
