Dave Monks of Tokyo Police Club has released an EP titled All Signs Point to Yes. “The Rules” is on that EP and he has released a video for it, though I’m guessing you figured out that part already. Decidedly upbeat and wistful at the same time, the song and the video are both worth your time.
