You’ve probably seen it already, I’ve watched it a dozen times myself. On the off chance that you haven’t, though, here is the trailer for the film ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ as envisioned by Joss Whedon.
Modernized settings or anachronistic touches(I’m looking at you Baz Luhrmann and your take on the Great Gatsby), but this seems just stylistic enough that it will work. Mind you I’m not at all against modern settings, David Tenant and Patrick Stuart starred in a masterful version of ‘Hamlet’ that was set in modern times.
